Since acquiring the establishment 25 years ago, Cécile and Xavier ROY have put considerable efforts transforming the Hôtel Aux Vieux Remparts into a welcoming and elegant establishment. They have maintained the historical authenticity of the building and introduced a touch of contemporary design.
