Two magnificent 12th-century cellars were renovated to create the Lounge Bar of the hotel “Aux Vieux Remparts”. Typical of Provins, these spaces have been redesigned while conserving traces of the past, such as the superb sculpted columns that support the six-metre-high arched ceiling.

The lighting brings an original atmosphere that can be modulated to create the desired ambiance, for aperitifs, after-dinner cocktails or private functions.

“The designer furniture and comfortable armchairs are an invitation to forget all about the passing of time, with soft background music, a cocktail menu and a wide selection of whiskies.”

The two rooms offer ample capacity to host private functions, with an open bar to serve guests before or after dinner.

The Lounge Bar opens every day from noon to midnight (and 1 am on Saturday nights).
